    • 4 x 20 captain’s chair (straight leg)
    • 1 minute side plank/side, 2 min. plank hold, 1 minute side plank/side, 1 min. plank hold
    • 2 x 45 russian twists (6 lb medicine ball)
    • 1 min plank on medicine ball x 2
    • 2 x 30 oblique v-ups
    • 25 x 2 hip dips (25/side)
    • 30 reverse crunches
    • 25 straight leg holds
    • 15 straight leg drops
    • 30 x 2 toe grabbers
    • 30 bicycles
    • 2 min plank on (upside down) bosu ball
    • 1 min plank
    • 50 sit ups
    • 1 min plank
    • 50 abdominal crunches (70 lb –> free motion machine)
    • 50 crunches on small exercise ball
    • 2 x 15 torso rotations (35 lb)
    • 50 abdominal machine (55 lb)
    • 2 x 20 abdominal crunch machine (40 lb)
    • 30 x 2 “drop down” oblique side crunches (25 lb in hands)
  • Legs
    • 3 x 15 hamstring machine (85, 90, 90)
    • Hip Abduction: 5 x 10 (195)
    • Hip Adduction: 5 x  10 (195)
    • Calves (Seated): 2 x 25 (220)
    • Leg Curl: 3 x 10 (55, 55, 60)
    • Leg Press: 1 leg at time, 2 x 10 (75, 80)
    • Calves (Standing): 2 x 15 (130)
    • 2 min wall squat
    • Pilates leg moves
    • 30 wall squats w/ exercise ball
  • Arms
    • 2 x 10 assisted chin-ups (25 lb of resistance)
    • 2 x 10 tricep dips (25 lb of resistance)
    • rear fly/lateral press (?): 2 x 10 (per, 45 lb)
    • tricep pushdown: 3 different “grips,” 6 x 10 (30-35 lb)
    • bicep pullup: 2 different “grips,” 4 x 10 (25-30 lb?)
    • Bicep Curl: 2 x 10 (50 lb)
    • Tricep Extension: 2 x 10 (55 lb)
    • Bicep Pulldown: 1 x 10 (80 lb), 1 arm: 2 x 10/arm (35 lb)
    • Tricep Pushup (machine): 4 x 10 (35, 45?)
    • Row: 2 x 10 (80)
  • Cool Down
    • 5 min elliptical (slow)
    • stretching

Was a GREAT workout!

Baking, eating, and working out are pretty much the basics. Of course I’ve been shopping, wrapping, and spending time with family though, too.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!

I must get caught up on BLOGS!

  4. I’ve never made gingerbread men! I made a gingerbread house……..well, choo choo train, but it was a kit that was bought at Target! Haha! I guess that doesn’t count?!

    It looks like fun though!

  15. Holy baking AND workout!!!! You are on a roll! How did you keep track of such an extensive/specific workout? Do you take a notebook? I’m considering getting one for days when I don’t take a class and need to keep track of my lifting sets.
