Almost Wordless Sunday






Hope you all had great weekends! Mine was spent working out, eating great food, spending time with the boy, shopping, and hearing a great sermon at church! I was also seriouslyyy productive. Love it!

P.S That pb-looking blob is peanut flour+water stirred up, spread on parchment and swirled with nutella. In it went to the freezer and 15-20 minutes later, YUM! (and 8 grams of protein. WIN!)

  14. i wanted to go to church so bad today but i slept in!! is that a good excuse? lol no but it makes me sad cuz theres always such good sermons that really wake me up ya know? but i will try again tomorrow, set the alarm this time πŸ˜‰

  15. Do you have a certain amount of protein you try to get every day? I will tell you, more than 2g/kg may actually prevent muscle growth. IT sounds like you get a lot! Just watching out for you πŸ˜‰

      It was about grace, and it was absolutely FABULOUS. πŸ™‚ I took notes, but they’re downstairs. Haha!
