- I am in love with my new shoes. What makes them even better? I got them buy one get one half off AND they were already on sale.
- It may have taken me forever to finish this, but I finished Skinny. I REALLY enjoyed it! It definitely made me think.
- I am obsessed with mangoes…of all varieties! I found some new ones that are from Mexico and taste like a cross between lemon + mango.
- I almost peed my pants when I found out that my grocery store now carries a NEW type of all natural, Greek yogurt that is CHEAP(er than Chobani/Oikos).
- I am not partial to ANY brand of Greek yogurt, though. I love them all!
- I eat chicken + sweet potatoes like it’s my job.
roasted butternut squash + roasted broccoli + roasted brussel sprouts + green bean fries + turkey meatballs
- I will never stop eating pizza.
Greek pizza with whole-wheat crust
-
I regret not making this sooner…
homemade cinnamon-toffee almond butter
homemade coconut butter
-
That almond butter may just be the BEST thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m off to go swim in it.
haha! you’re such a greek yogurt slut! 🙂 i’ve recently become partial to the tj nonfat greek yogurt. tangy but not too thick. tj knows their sh*t!
my latest confession: i tear the recipes and workouts out of the mags at the gym and then put them back by the cardio machines

Omg I LOVED Skinny 🙂 One of my fave books I’ve read this year….probably in the past 5 years or so honestly! Really makes ya dig and face some uncomfortable parts of yourself.
Also when I ate dairy I was a total Greek yogurt whore. Whatever brand was on sale was in my cart 😉 haha. I have 0 brand loyalty!

Mmm, that pizza looks great! There’s a Greek restaurant around here that makes a veggie pizza that looks a lot like that; its delicious, but still nothing can beat Mellow Mushroom in my book! There’s seems to be a sweet potato craze running through the blogworld today; this is like the fourth post I read where someone ate sweet taters… and I myself just had them for lunch, too! Haha. I can’t stand mangoes, though… I don’t really like any tropical fruit, to be honest! Not even bananas. Thanks for reminding me that I need to go read my book… its “Persuasion” by Jane Austen. Not my choice, but my school’s. So far its put me to sleep twice, and I’m only on page 75… yawn,
